Busy schedule? Need a pick-me-up on a rough work day? Looking for connection and a positively driven conversation on your break? Book in a coffee break and make time for yourself, without taking away from a busy life.

Coffee Break was the founding concept of Your Experience Supported because spare time is not always an option and a full hour session may be more than what you need at the time.

Online counselling

 A 1 hour support session directed around your overall well-being. Your sessions are tailored to accommodate your needs as they change. 

 I can assist with social and emotional struggles such as anxiety, depression, self-worth, and addiction recovery support. I am experienced in working and advocating for people with disabilities as well.

 Relaxation Techniques provides a custom combination meditation, deep-breathing, visualization practices, grounding, and empowerment affirmations.
